One steel battery case consists of the following components:
1. Steel Box: The main body of the battery box, usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The box provides a space to accommodate the battery and other components, offering protection and support.
2. Battery box cover: This is the part used to seal and secure the top of the battery box. The battery box cover often has an opening or switch to facilitate inserting or removing the battery, ensuring a secure fit within the box.
3. Battery box Handle: It’s used for carrying and handling the battery box. How to choose a right battery box handle, you should be considered the Maximum Load Capacity,Handle Material, Handle Size and the Design Characteristics. We normally choose the steel handle with chrome plating for the strong battery box as below photo.
4. Custom logo: Based on customer requirements and customization, the battery box can feature the customer’s logo or other branding elements.
5. When inspecting our factory’s steel battery boxes, the following points will be checked:
5.1 Surface Treatment: Powder Coating
Ensure a good surface treatment black battery box with no power spots or scratches.

5.2 Inside of the Battery Box:
Verify that the inside of the battery box is free from power spots and free welding spots.

5.3 Battery Cover:
Confirm that the battery cover can be securely fixed to the steel box without any gaps.

Implement the appropriate packing method to ensure the safe arrival of the goods to our customers.
